Biography:
Before joining AKT in June 2011, Theresa Stidman worked for Moss Adams in their San Diego office. Theresa received her Bachelor's in Accountancy from San Diego State University, and is currently pursing a Master’s in Taxation from San Diego State. Theresa is a CPA and has worked in public accounting for 6 years.
Theresa’s extensive experience working with C-Corporations, S-Corporations and Individual Tax returns, allows her to provide expert services in the following: tax compliance, planning and consulting services for both business and individuals; review of accounting methods available for tax reporting; entity selection consideration; and income tax provision (ASC-740 Compliance).
