Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University

Biography: Scott works closely with several nonprofit organizations as the principal in charge of audit services. He acts as a business advisor providing services including strategic planning, financial analysis, and system assessments. Scott is also the principal in charge of audit services for retirement plan audits. Scott serves on the Salvation Army and Easter Seals Boards. He is also a member of the State Board of Accountancy Peer Review Oversight Committee.
