Rich has over 19 years of public accounting experience serving both publicly and closely held private entities. He has worked with many companies in the manufacturing, technology, and distribution industries including multi-state and multi-national operations. Rich’s primary experience is with closely held businesses, tax planning and structuring, and tax methods and periods. He is an active member of AICPA, OSCPA and TechAmerica.
