As the California Director of Tax, Elsa has provided firm leadership to ensure that our clients receive quality service and expert advice.  She is frequently called upon to speak in the areas of tax compliance and planning.  Elsa consults with nonprofits, small to mid-size closely held businesses and individuals.

Elsa was previously a board member of the National Latina Business Women’s Association, San Diego Chapter, and a board member of the Angel’s Depot.  She brings over 15 years of experience in public accounting and private industry to our clients.

Elsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.  She is a CPA licensed in the State of California and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPA’s.
